| On the fourth anniversary of Scott's death, his family remembers the pain shared by all those who loved him. The kindness of his friends was a comfort in a time of deepest grief. We contine to miss him and mourn our loss. We are, however, sustained by faith in an eternal reunion. We ask God's blessing on all those whose lives were touched by my brother, Scott Carleton Lillie. Also known as, "The Great Scott". | |

| Reading the heartfelt messages in the guestbook is almost like having another memorial service for our beloved Scott. We will never get over missing him but it means so much to know how loved and respected he was by so many people. We appreciate your messages more than we can express with mere words. Thank you all from our hearts. Scott's mother. | |

I met Scott a couple of years ago when I was visiting a friend in Winter Park at the Langford Hotel. Scott was brilliant and most enjoyable conversationlist. We talked about art and his love of it, including works his father had done. We danced, then went walking through the antique district with our friends until the wee hours of the morning. Through the last two years Scott and I kept in touch, usually through IM's and emails. He was always talking about his family and the joy they always brought into his life. He adored his grandmother and always had something to share about her. Scott and I planned to visit Cassadaga. We both talked of "spiritual" things, however we just never seemed to have the same time of |

I am so sorry to hear of Scott's passing. Scott was a kind and gentle soul who worked along beside me on proposals and IR&D during our long overtime hours at Martin Marietta. I enjoyed Scott's sense of humor and found him to be just a delight! I have a poem which I love and would like to share. The author is unknown. It is entitled, "From a Son". Do not stand at my grave and weep. |

| Scott worked in my area at Lockheed Martin Information Systems. He was always more than willing to help me with the many Excel and PowerPoint questions I would have. He was such a hard worker and would always take time to help me whenever needed. His kindness and thoughtfulness is an inspiration to all. My thoughts and prayers are with Scott's family and friends. May we all find comfort in the many wonderful memories Scott has left behind. | |

| My wife worked with Scott for the last few years and she always commented on what wonderful and helpful person he was. He often helped her with presentations and some large projects. I work at another Lockheed facility, and people here who had worked with Scott over the years expressed their sorrow to hear of his passing, and likewise commented on what a great person he was and how good he was to work with. May God grant your family a measure of peace during this difficult time. | |

| The news of Scott has left me feeling sad. I knew Scott when we worked together at Martin Marietta in Orlando. Although we didn't keep in touch, he left me with pleasant memories. There is a photo of him in my photo collection that makes me smile when I turn to that page. He was someone who touched my life and made me smile. My prayers go out to his family and him that he has moved on to a better place today. Sharon | |

I worked with Scott on several proposals during my years at the East side plant between 1995 and 1998. He was always willing to help and do what it took to get the job done, and to get it done correctly. He was a consumate professional, and I truly appreciate all the help and assistance which he gave to me personally and so unselfishly. Please accept my deepest sympathy. And to Scotttie, if I may say "Scotto - you were the best!" Vince |

| I will miss Scott's energy and can-do attitude here at Lockheed Martin. Scott helped me on numerous presentations and always made the time available to create the quality presentations which became his trademark. I learned a lot more about Scott from viewing the pictures that were posted on his memorial website. It refreshed me to know that Scott enjoyed the outdoors and the history of our country. I miss him now, but will remember him always. | |

| Scott and I worked together off and on for over 15 years at Lockheed Martin. He and I were the BOE people for the LANTIRN program. He was instrumental in my being allowed to stay on the eastside of Orlando (where I live) when everyone else transferred back to West Orlando, for that I will always be grateful. I will remember the really nice conversation we had on the 15th of December at a Christmas luncheon held for our department. | |

| Worked with Scott briefly on several projects here at LMC. Enjoyed working with him and always found him to be very competent and quite easy to work with. Heard about his fall Thursday, 12/21, then took vacation Friday. Thought about Scott several times over the holidays, making a mental note to check on his status as soon as we returned to work. Please accept my condolences. Scott will be missed by many at Lockheed Martin. | |

| Dear Scott, Thank you for being our friend and supporting Alan for so many years. You are greatly missed. We agonize over how unfair it is that your time to leave us is so soon and wish to understand why. Thank you for being a wonderful part of our lives. Love always, Cindy, Alan, Leighanne Boone | |

As the word spreads about our loss, I speak on behalf of Scott's family when I say that we very deeply appreciate the expressions of sympathy we have received from Scott's many kind and generous friends. It literally means more to us thanmy words can say to learn how deeply cared about my brother was. Please keep in touch, and we will help John update this site as much as possible. Thank you. Ann |

I was astonished to hear the news about Scott. I worked in the same group as Scott over 6 years and preform tech support for him many times. He was a very nice man and always gave me full details as to what was wrong with his computer. I saw the photo of Scott sitting om the mountain. It reminds me of how Jesus would look doing the same. They now walk together in Paradise. I lost my oldest brother to cancer in 1986. I'm sure he now walks with Scott as well. Bless You All. David Brain Ramsay |

Scott is certainly someone that I will never forget. I have worked with him for the past five years, and only knowing him on a business level, I know he was someone that did things in a way that he knew they should be done and made sure that they were done reguardless of the painstaking steps that were involved. He made sure that the work that he did was work that he could be proud of. He rarely cut corners and he always produced the best product that he could. My condolesences go to his family for their loss. Tom Vick |

Scott was one of the first people I met in Central Florida Mensa thirteen years ago. He remained one of my favorites and one of the reasons I maintained my membership. Always interesting, always friendly and funny, and with a dry humor that went over many heads. He and I were both old school cartographers, too. It's hard to believe he's gone. |

Scott's Mother called me on Sunday morning to tell me of Scott's accident. Scott and I have been friends for 20 years, 17 of them by long distance calls, letters and e-mails, but I feel the loss of my beloved Scott as deeply as if we had been together daily. I have many pictures and stories of Scott, and would love to hear from any family members or other friends of Scott's. He will live on forever in my heart. Iz |
